Project Description : Left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) is traditionally guided by transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) under general anesthesia. Transitioning to intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) allows moderate sedation/monitored anesthesia care, faster patient recovery, and same-day discharge but necessitates a learning curve. However, long-term outcomes in transitioning from TEE to ICE-guided LAAO are not well understood
